Menopause symptoms checklist

Use this list to notice patterns over several weeks - not to self-diagnose. Check what applies, add dates or notes in the margins if you print, and bring it to your appointment alongside any tracker scores.

Cycle & body changes

  • Periods closer together, farther apart, heavier, lighter, or skipped
  • Breast tenderness or fullness that shifts month to month
  • Bloating or abdominal discomfort around cycle changes
  • Headaches or migraines that track with hormone swings

Temperature & sleep

  • Hot flashes or sudden warmth, flushing, sweating (daytime)
  • Night sweats that wake you or soak sleepwear or bedding
  • Trouble falling asleep or staying asleep unrelated to caffeine only
  • Feeling unrested even after enough hours in bed

  • Irritability, anxiety, or low mood that feels new or cyclical
  • Brain fog, forgetfulness, or trouble concentrating
